Return & Refund Policy – Delight Junction

At Delight Junction, we deal in food products (FMCG items), and due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not offer any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been delivered. All sales are final, and returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product quality.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we request you to inspect your order at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can reach out to us at swamibhaskaran@gmail.com with your order details along with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once we verify the concern, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. The product must be unused and in its original packaging for any claim to be considered. All our products, including food and snack items, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
