We process all orders within 1–3 business days after receiving confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details (if available). Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but generally, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional offers.

We ensure that all products are carefully packed to maintain quality during transit. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos), and we will assist you with a resolution.
